You must not share your account credentials with any other person. 1ph shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access is attributable to your failure to maintain adequate password security. You should notify 1ph immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, 1ph is legally required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all registered players before processing withdrawals. Accepted identity documents include a Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, or UMID card. Additional documents such as proof of address or source of funds may be requested at 1ph's discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal processing being suspended until verification is completed.

By registering on the 1ph platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the 1ph Privacy Policy.
